Gökhan Taş

Dr. Gökhan Taş was born on May 16, 1974. He began his higher education at GATA Faculty of Medicine in 1991 and completed his medical degree at Trakya University Faculty of Medicine. His first commercial venture was the Erikli Water Istanbul Corporate Dealership, which he undertook in 1998 at the age of 24.
During this eight-year period, while successfully managing his business, he closely followed the developments and emerging opportunities in the real estate sector, an area he was particularly interested in. In 2006, he opened the franchise office of a global brand in Istanbul’s İkitelli Basın Ekspres region and began focusing on commercial real estate sales and leasing.
With the team of 32 people he built, he achieved remarkable success between 2006 and 2012, including two World Turnover Championships and four Turkey Turnover Championships. In addition to his business achievements, he inspired tens of thousands of entrepreneurs through his book “Çekilin Ben Doktor Değilim” and his training program “From Millionaire to Millionaire.”
As of April 2013, he acquired the Master Franchise rights of Coldwell Banker, the world’s first global real estate consultancy brand. He later acquired the Master Franchise rights of ERA Real Estate in 2018 and Century 21, one of the most widespread and well-known real estate consultancy brands in the world, in 2022, bringing extraordinary value to the Turkish real estate sector.
Dr. Gökhan Taş is also the founder of muzayede.com, Turkey’s first real estate and automobile marketing portal, which continues to grow rapidly, and MasterTürk Premier Yapı, a real estate development company that will deliver construction projects developed on its own land to investors with 360-degree services.
As of 2022, Dr. Gökhan Taş continues the commercial activities of the global brands for which he holds Master Franchise rights, as well as the national brands under his ownership, under the umbrella of MasterTürk, together with an expert team of more than 100 professionals.
Dr. Gökhan Taş, who places great importance on the concept of “family” in both his business and personal life, is married and the father of twin daughters, Hayal Ceren and Öykü Şirin, and twin sons, Umut Yaman and Deniz Boran.
